Rosalind Dudden, thanks to an NLM publications grant, has written a book on evaluation methods, including benchmarking, which was published in September, 2007, by Neal-Schuman. It stresses including evaluation in your overall management plan and includes step-by-step workbooks for the methods mentioned in the title.
